Depression and Anxiety

Taking time to invest in yourself is something many of us put off until we can no longer breathe easily or function in our daily lives effectively. Often, depression and anxiety go hand in hand and if you find yourself feeling one, you likely at times feel the other as well. Counseling for depression and anxiety is an important resource to help you find an exit from the distressing cycle and downward spiral and begin to breathe easier.

Couples Therapy

Whether you and your partner are in a good place and want tools to keep it that way or you are struggling to communicate and understand each other, we would love to help. Learning conflict resolution skills, better communication, and remembering what you love and appreciate about your partner are attainable goals that can be achieved through couple’s counseling. 

Emotional Dysregulation

One thing we all deserve growing up is to learn how to accept and manage our emotions, but often we are taught that our emotions are not acceptable which results in eventual emotional disconnect or dysregulation. If you are experiencing discomfort and disconnect when it comes to your own emotional processing, we are here to help.

Trauma Therapy 

Trauma can arise from a myriad of experiences, including but not limited to abuse, neglect, loss, accidents, and natural disasters. Everyone’s response to trauma is unique, influenced by personal history, support systems, and coping mechanisms. Whether experienced in childhood or adulthood, the impacts of trauma can reverberate through our emotional, physical, and psychological well-being.
